Rockwood Designs have a different approach than many other tiny house designs. There is no attempt to try to add folding furniture, or create small areas for storage.  My approach is: a Tiny House can be a regular home, with "full" bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens, no matter what the size of the structure.

Often the focus may be on one aspect of the design, but not at the expense of the any living area. As a result, there are a wide variety of designs offering you options that no other Tiny House company has.  "The House Boat 30" model offers an 8' x 20' second level deck.  "The Refuge 30" offers a 3 bedroom plan with full-size beds, along with a private office in one of the bedrooms.  Many of the designs have concealed compartments that have hundreds of cubic feet for storage.

To the other extreme, there are models designed for 8', 12', and 16' foot trailers.  But these designs still offer features that are found in other Rockwood models.  including "full" kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.
